1. How can I place an order?

Browse products, select your size, add to cart, and checkout securely.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfers.

3. Can I change my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement by DMing us on Instagram or Facebook.

4. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or social media updates.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

DM us on Instagram or Facebook immediately for a replacement or refund.

6. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

8. Can I exchange a product if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! Exchanges are available for size or color if stock permits. Items must be unused with tags intact.

9. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes — final sale items, undergarments, and personalized/custom products are non-returnable.

10. How do I return or exchange an item?
